SHIPPING POLICIES

SHIPPING APPROVAL: You are responsible to provide the correct and update shipping address, prior to invoicing, any fees or changes levied by shipper (FedEx or freight) due to incorrect or change of shipping instructions will be immediately charge back to the customer credit card on file.

After an order is processed, it can ship within 2 business days. However, in high-volume seasonal times, please allow for longer shipping times.

  • Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
  • Orders received after 4PM PST are processed the next business day.
  • Shipping costs are determined by package size/weight quantity and location. Given a company’s location, our shipping department can calculate the best rate quote and method of delivery.
  • Special delivery arrangements, including pallets, are available upon request.

 

PICK-UP ORDERS

  • In-stock orders are available for same-day pick-up at the paramount location.
  • If quantity is in an outside warehouse, please allow 1 day from order placing to pick-up.

 

DELIVERY ORDERS

  • Local delivery is offered to addresses located in a five-mile radius of Downtown Los Angeles and City of Industry, CA.
  • Delivery orders are fulfilled within 2 business days. A Sales Rep will confirm the order delivery date the day before.

RETURNS / DAMAGES

Please inspect all cases immediately upon arrival. Contact your assigned sales rep or our shipping rep liz@matashoes.us com for any returns or damages.

RETURNS: We will only accept returns if the shoes are damaged, or if you receive the wrong order. Otherwise, there is a 15% restocking fee, that will be taken when we issue the refund. All returns must be in their original outer packaging and shoe boxes, or a 30% restocking fee will apply.

  • Returns must be unworn and with original complete case. No pair returns.
  • Domestic Returns are accepted within 2 weeks of invoice.
  • International Returns are accepted within 3 weeks of the invoice.
  • Customers are responsible for any shipping costs from undamaged returns.
  • No returns on clearance and promotion shoes. 
  • We reserve the right to reject any return items according to our return policy.

 

DAMAGES A picture must be provided of each damaged shoe(s). If there are multiple damages a group picture must be taken with visible damage(s). These photos must be provided to your sales Representative within 15 days. It is your responsibility to check the shoes within the time frame. 

FITTING ISSUES: A 10% will only be given for each shoe with a fitting issue. A picture must be taken of each shoe. If there are multiple, a group picture must be taken. The shoe must be compared to a branded shoe, such as Nike, Adidas, Reeboks, Sketchers, Uggs, New Balances or any other name brand. Non-Branded shoes will not be accepted to compare our shoes (no exceptions).

RMA: All Returns require an RMA Number, no exceptions. Returns will be refused if an RMA is not written or issued by your rep.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

CREDIT CARD: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. A 3% credit card fee is applied to all credit card payments.

CASH OR COD: Accepted only at our office or through delivery or trucking.

Zelle and Wire Payments

NET 30/45/60/90 TERMS

FACTOR: Mata Shoes has the right to refuse Net Terms to any customers by means. NO HOUSE TERMS, no exceptions. A credit application must be filled out and sent back to your sales representative with all the information requested its a customer-to-customer basis, not all requests will be approved. We require the following terms and conditions.

  • 1 to 2 years of doing business with Mata Shoes.
  • We require 2 business references.
  • Customers must have good standing payment with Mata Shoes.
  • Must have a good standing with our factor Milberg Factor Inc.
  • There will be a processing fee effective in 3/01/2024 for the following current or new customers with terms of 1% for 30/45 Days Net Terms, 2% for 60 Day Net Terms, 3% for 90 Day Net Terms.
